SILASTOSIL® LR serie liquid silicone rubbers (LSR) are new-generation silicone elastomers which are specificly developed for liquid injection molding applications. They are high-temperature-curing, platinum-catalyzed, two-component silicone rubber compounds with optimal curing and cycle times. Their vulcanizates are noted for their high purity, and excellent mechanical and electrical properties.
SILASTOSIL® LR line liquid silicone rubbers (LSR) are suited well for high volume productions at competitive costs. They are fully in compliance with FDA, LFGB, BfR, ISO, IEC, ANSI and UL 94 requirements, and ideal therefore for producing food contact, skin contact and electrical grade articles such as baby pacifier, cake mold, electrical insulator, medical catheter, ambu baloon and artifical limb.
